Designing for the "One-Handed" Moment
The project was an experiment to solve a specific friction point for a busy, time-poor demographic: parents with young children.
The Constraint
Parents are often "on the go" and operating their devices one-handed while managing children.
The Problem
Traditional streaming interfaces required too much "hunting" or searching, which failed in high-stress, time-sensitive parenting moments.

Frictionless IA & Contextual Awareness
I prioritized an Information Architecture (IA) that removed every possible barrier between a parent and the content their child needed.
- Scenario-Based Navigation: Built the IA around daily routines (Bedtime, Playtime, Learning) to enable one-tap access to relevant content without hunting.
- Multimodal Visual Language: Developed a diverse visual system—combining photography, illustration, and deliberate color variations—to help users distinguish content types at a glance.

Top-Tier Market Recognition
The launch successfully validated the parent vertical and established KKBOX as a leader in family-oriented digital services.
- Market Dominance: Reached #7 in the App Store Education category for five consecutive months.
- Industry Validation: Awarded "Best Hidden Gem" on Google Play, acknowledging the product's high usability and niche value.
- Systems Impact: Successfully integrated a specialized sub-brand into a massive existing ecosystem without compromising the core product's scalability.
